ADVERTISING
GUIDELINES
*Ad sizes are 16”x96”
nominal. Custom sizes may be available on certain fleets.
*Ads are produced on surface-friendly “Busmark”
type vinyl adhesive-backed material.
* Advertising must be appropriate and child sensitive and
is subject to approval prior to installation.
* Rates are gross. Production, installation, and design (if
necessary) will be quoted separately. You may design and produce
your own ads (prior approval on material required).
* Billing is “in advance” and will be due prior
to campaign start and “current month”.
* A contract will be in place prior to campaign start and
all advertisers and ad content will be subject to approval.
SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY
Special
packages may apply for advertisers selecting ½ year
and full year programs, including discounted and free space
use during the summer months. Ask us about details.
The
following represent generalized ad rates for school bus advertising.
Because of the specialized nature of school bus, and specific
regulations, availability and rates may vary. Contact us for
specific information on availability in the market or markets
in which you have interest.
12” x 26” $200/ea. per half
academic year (4.5 months)
12” x 26” $350/ea. per full academic year (9-10
months)
Signs are produced on 12" x 26" Bus-Mark pressure
sensitive vinyl material and installed overhead above the
windows on the interior of the bus. Advertising space rates
may vary dependant upon your campaign term and quantity of
buy. Sign production is not included in the rates and is quoted
based on quantity of buy.
“CUSTOM SIGNS”
Custom sign sizes may be available, including 12”x 54”
banner signs, at special rates!
All advertisements must be age appropriate.
Further prohibited ads include those which promote alcohol,
tobacco, political messaging, those which may contain sexual
innuendo or may be sexually suggestive. All ads will comply
with the policies of the State and local Boards of education.
All copy is subject to approval of school districts and/or
Media Advertising in Motion’s (MAIM) "content policies".
No advertising deemed "objectionable" will be allowed.
School districts maintain the privilege of final authority
and approval. .
